1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use UniVibe. By signing up, you confirm the birthdate on your profile is accurate. We rely on Google Sign-In for identity — no separate ID or campus email is required.

2. Your account

One account per person. You're responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your Google account secure, since it's your only way to sign in.

3. Acceptable use

• No nudity or sexually explicit photos or messages.
• No hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• No solicitation, advertising, or commercial activity outside designated Academic-intent tools.
• No impersonation or fake profiles; disclosed AI-generated/heavily altered photos only.
• No attempting to bypass blocks, reports, or account restrictions.

4. Reporting & enforcement

Every profile, message, and photo can be reported in-app. Reports are triaged within 24 hours, with severe reports (threats, non-consensual explicit content, harassment) escalated within 2 hours. Violations follow an enforcement ladder: warning, then temporary suspension, then permanent ban — with immediate permanent bans for severe or repeat violations. We may take any of these actions at our discretion to protect the community.

5. Termination

You can stop using UniVibe and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.

6. Disclaimers

UniVibe helps you discover people to meet — we don't vet users beyond what's described here, and we're not responsible for interactions that happen off-platform. Always meet in public and trust your judgment.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as UniVibe evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
