Community Guidelines

Keep it respectful

• No hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory comments of any kind.
• No threats of violence, or content encouraging self-harm to others.
• Treat every match and message the way you'd want to be treated.

Keep it appropriate

• No nudity or sexually explicit photos, videos, or messages.
• No unsolicited explicit content of any kind.

Be who you say you are

• No impersonation or fake profiles.
• If a photo is AI-generated or heavily altered/filtered, disclose it in your bio — your matches deserve to know who they're actually meeting.

Keep it non-commercial

No solicitation, advertising, or paid promotion (including tutoring-for-pay ads) outside tools we've explicitly built for the Academic intent.

Reporting a problem

Every profile, message, and photo has a Report option. We triage reports within 24 hours, and escalate anything involving threats, non-consensual explicit content, or harassment within 2 hours. You can also Block anyone at any time — it's immediate, permanent, and mutual (they won't see you again, and you won't see them).

What happens if you break these guidelines

Depending on severity, we respond with a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban — severe or repeat violations get an immediate permanent ban. Our full enforcement process is described in our Terms of Service.
